Early 1990s- Establishing Firm Footing
This was the phase when the company focused primarily on expanding its customer's’s base and clientele. This phase helped us to extract lots of knowledge about the real functioning of the moving sector, and strengthened our services even more by letting us encounter the everyday moving problems faced by our customers. We, as a company, soon gained the upper hand in household movement and focused on building a strong team of packers and movers during this period, so as to serve the customers in the best possible way.
Since the very inception, Ramesh Ji knew that it is through his team of packers & movers he was supposed to act and serve the customers. So, he focused on building a trained and educated workforce, who is being taught all aspects of foolproof and sustainable packing and moving, i.e., the virtuous behavior.
It was also the period when Ramesh Ji came up with “ the Gagar Mein Sagar” book, where he accumulated all the inspiring thoughts of great personalities, which really enthralled the ones who’d used to read it. He and his team were distributing the book to whomsoever they met or served, on purpose or without any. People appreciated the words and thoughts that formed the matter of the book, and that’s how Ramesh Ji’s personality influenced everyone and captured people’s attention.
Also, Ramesh Ji has been kind and considerate of the truck drivers and has been working to make their lives better in all aspects. The grave conditions of these running soldiers of our country have been concerning him since he started interacting with them and understanding the reason behind the declining numbers of truck drivers. He is the one, who stepped forward without any further ado to insure the precious lives of the truck drivers, and thence, setting an example for other people to follow his golden footsteps. From year one, the company has been observing Darbar Day on every 4th of each month, throughout the year, wherein a session is being planned for the founder of our company to come in contact with the company’s drivers, handlers, packers and assistant drivers to know the real problems that are being faced while executing their services, and then giving reasonable solutions on the spot.
